Here’s a quick image from today’s chocolate shoot. One of the hardest things about these sessions, apart from stopping myself eating all the chocolates is finding the perfect chocolate from the batch to photograph. You have to be very careful when handling confections as its very easy to mark the surface of the chocolates. I’ve also found that if you let the chocolates warm up a little bit it makes them looks even more appetising.
