Sometimes keeping it simple makes for the best food photography, these beetroot’s were straight out of the ground and whilst I was tempted to cut them up for the picture, I think there is something special about keeping them as nature presented.

My Mum who is in her 90’s got her first vaccination this weekend along with hundreds of others who have been sheilding. She was overjoyed and it has brought her a real sense of hope for the future.
